Meet The Teachers
All of the teachers here at our school have a passion and love for creating wonderful learning experiences and urging children to explore the world. Our devoted staff encourages your little ones to be seekers of knowledge and are committed to providing a stimulating learning and growing environment. Your children will be in great hands with out teachers!
Ms. Lori is the Director as well as one of the Primary teachers for Curious Child Montessori school. Ms. Lori received her Childhood Development Associate certificate in 2012. Ms. Lori has worked in Traditional Early Childhood Education for 17 years as a lead teacher, and advanced to become a regional director. In 2012, Lori received her Montessori Primary level certificate from NAMC.
Ms. Trinity is one of the Primary teachers. Trinity received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing from San Diego State University in 1999. Having cared for children as a nurse and her own children, she loved the idea of teaching children. Seeing a need for quality, early childhood education she went on to receive her Montessori Primary level certificate in 2008 from Mid-America Montessori Teacher Training School in Omaha, Nebraska.
Ms. Melissa is one of our Toddler Teachers. Ms. Melissa has been teaching in the Montessori community for 12 years. She worked for nine years as a Montessori assistant while raising her two children. Ms. Melissa received her Montessori Toddler certificate in 2009 from Mid-America Montessori Teacher Training School in Omaha, Nebraska.
Ms. Auzi is our Spanish teacher. Ms. Auzi works with our Primary level children twice per week. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education (ESL), K-12 endorsement. Ms. Auzi is originally from South America and teaches her language with enthusiasm, providing a culturally rich experience to our Montessori school children.
Ms. Stacy is a Toddler teacher. She received her Montessori Toddler certificate from Mid-America Montessori Training School in Omaha, Nebraska in 2008. Prior to becoming a certified Montessori teacher she worked as an assistant in Montessori for 3 years.
Ms. April is one of our primary teachers. April received her Bachelor of Arts with emphasis in Classical Performance Percussion in 2009. She has worked with students of all ages on a variety of instruments including piano, voice and percussion. Prior to becoming a Montessori school teacher, April worked as a Montessori assistant for 3 years and received her Montessori Primary level certificate in 2013 from Princeton Center for Teacher Education in Princeton New Jersey.
